mweqKalavritacite-ref-1[1] (mwfgin greco Καλάβρυτα?, Kalávryta) è un mwfwcomune della Grecia situato nella periferia della mwgaGrecia occidentale (mwgqunità periferica dell'mwggAcaia) con 13.912 abitanti secondo i dati del censimento mwgw2001cite-ref-2[2].

A seguito della riforma amministrativa detta mwiqProgramma Callicrate in vigore dal gennaio mwig2011cite-ref-3[3] che ha abolito le prefetture e accorpato numerosi comuni, la superficie del comune è ora di 1.058 km² e la popolazione è passata da 8.580cite-ref-4[4] a 13.912 abitanti.

Il sito è divenuto tristemente famoso nella storiografia per il mwlamassacro che qui ebbe luogo ad opera dei soldati della mwlqGermania nazista comandati dal generale mwlgKarl von Le Suire contro i guerriglieri greci durante la mwlwseconda guerra mondiale.
